Get a ski pass
Ski passes for the ski lifts aren't included in the price of lessons and are required for group and private lessons. You can get ski passes online.
Here at Vaujany, the ski pass is needed to take part in skiing lessons, whatever the learner's age.
kids under 5
A ski pass is required but free: bring proof of age to the ski lift tills in order to get one before lessons start. All you need is a rechargeable pass for 2 €.
Non-skiing companions
- Free pedestrian ski pass: you need to get a rechargeable ski pass at the kiosk, allowing you to take and pick up your children from their lesson meeting point ('jardin de Montfrais').
kids aged 5 to (and including) 12
- Ourson, Flocon & 1ère étoile skiing level: an 'Initiation' ski pass at a reduced rate will be offered as an option of the group lesson. You really need to get this ski pass: beginners will be out on the slopes during the week on the Oz-Vaujany ski area.
- 2ème étoile to Team Etoile skiing level: buy an 'Oz Vaujany' ski pass. You'll be offered this after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts. Optional: you can buy the 'Grand Domaine progression' package at a reduced rate with children's group lessons from the Esf office.
- Team Rider & Compétition skiing level: buy a 'Grand Domaine' ski pass. You will be offered it after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts.
- Goomie to Izzi snowboarding level : an 'Initiation' ski pass at a reduced rate will be offered as a lesson option. You really must get this ski pass: beginners will be out on the slopes from the first lesson on the Oz-Vaujany ski area.
- Snow 2: buy an 'Oz Vaujany' ski pass. You'll be offered this after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts. Optional: you can buy the 'Grand Domaine progression' package at a reduced rate with children's group lessons from the Esf office.
- Snow 3: a 'Grand Domaine progression' ski pass will be offered to you at a reduced rate as an option of the lesson.
teens & adults 13 yrs and above
- Beginner, Classe 1 & classe 2 level: buy an 'Oz Vaujany' ski pass. You will be offered it after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts.
- Experienced & expert (Classes 3 et 4) level: buy a 'Grand Domaine' ski pass. You will be offered it after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts.
- Snowboard beginners to Snow 2 level: buy an 'Oz Vaujany' ski pass. You will be offered it after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts.
- Snow 3: buy a 'Grand Domaine' ski pass. You will be offered it after you purchase your lesson or you can buy it directly from the ski lifts.
